TFC Talk: Reds hurt by too many under-performing players

It's more than fair to say that the first half of the 2025 MLS regular season was difficult for Toronto FC. 

TFC (3-10-4, 13 points) sits in second-last place in the Eastern Conference at the midway point of the campaign and are in danger of missing the playoffs for a fifth straight year.   

Things haven't gone smoothly for first-year coach Robin Fraser, as he's had to deal with a rash of injuries and an attack that has produced just 18 goals in 17 games. 

TFC Republic spoke to fellow Toronto FC beat reporter James Grossi, who also operates the Unattached FC website, about why Toronto is in the mess it's in now, Fraser's performance and much more.
