TFC 2 signs promising prospect Richard Chukwu
TFC 2 announced on Thursday that it has signed youth academy defender Richard Chukwu to an MLS NEXT Pro contract.
One of the most promising youngsters in Toronto FC’s developmental system is a little bit closer to breaking through to the first team.
TFC 2 announced on Thursday that it has signed youth academy defender Richard Chukwu to an MLS NEXT Pro contract.
Chukwu will join the club’s roster pending league and federation approval.
“We are delighted to have Rich start his professional pathway with TFC 2. His performances both within our club and at the youth national team level have shown his ability to perform and potential to develop further as he starts his professional career,” said Sean Rubio, Toronto FC’s technical director.
