Toronto FC pulls off comeback to draw Charlotte FC at home
Playing with 10 men and down by two goals in the second half, TFC fought back to earn a share of the points on Wednesday.

TORONTO – It wasn’t a win, but it was a hell of a comeback effort by Toronto FC.
Playing with 10 men and down by two goals after 58 minutes, TFC fought back to earn a thrilling 3-3 draw vs. Charlotte FC on Wednesday at BMO Field.
Midfielder Markus Cimermancic scored the leveller for TFC in the opening half, and Dániel Sallói and Niklas Dorsch both found the back of the net in the final 13 minutes of regulation after Walker Zimmerman was sent off early in the second half.
With the draw, TFC (4-7-9) moved up one place to 11th in the Eastern Conference, two spots and three points below the playoff line with 14 matches remaining in the regular season.
