One of the more interesting elements of the labour dispute between the Canadian men's team and Canada Soccer is the involvement of Canadian Soccer Business (CSB).
Aside from the issue over the splitting of World Cup revenues, the players also want to know more about CSB. Formed in 2018, CSB signed a 10-year deal with Canada Soccer in 2019 that sees them handle all sponsorship and broadcast deals for both the men's and women's national teams.
However, this was news to the men's players, who only recently heard about it even though the deal was made public when it was signed.
