Toronto FC isn't crying over spilled milk.

Jase Kim, TFC’s technical video coach, told TFC Republic this week Tuesday that the MLS club filed a complaint to PRO (Professional Referee Organization), the organization that oversees the refs in MLS.

At issue was a non-penalty call on Josh Sargent and a penalty decision that went against Jackson Gilman in two of Toronto's recent games. Kim said PRO admitted that mistakes were made in both instances. Those mistakes could have cost Toronto an extra three points, but coach Robin Fraser insists the club can't be focused on that, especially ahead of this week's finale of a four-game road swing.

“We could sit here and bitch about all the calls, all the terrible calls that we've had. I know a lot of teams get these same terrible calls, and at the end of the day, the only recourse you have is to score more goals and win games. So, that's kind of the fuel to our fire right now," Fraser said.

Here’s what you need to know about Friday's game between Toronto and New York City FC at Yankee Stadium (7:30 p.m. ET/Apple TV).
