TFC 2, goalkeeper Chris Kalongo part company
The former Forge FC shot stopper didn't make a single appearance through the first 10 games of the 2026 MLS NEXT Pro season.
Chris Kalongo’s brief stint with TFC 2 came and went without the Canadian goalkeeper making a single appearance for the MLS NEXT club.
TFC 2 announced on Tuesday that it came to a mutual agreement to terminate Kalongo’s contract for the season.
Kalongo, a 24-year-old from Oakville, Ont., signed with TFC 2 on February 5, 2026, after playing in the Canadian Premier League with Forge FC from 2022 to 2025.
