Random thoughts on TFC: Reds right to give kids chances

Some random thoughts I had on Toronto FC as it prepares for Saturday's home game against FC Cincinnati.

Toronto FC's 8-1 demolition of CS Saint-Laurent this week in the Canadian Championship was a record-breaking night for the club.

It was also a night of many firsts for TFC.

Herdman: "I'm highly confident that in my time... at an Olympic Games or World Cup, we’ve never been involved in any of those activities."

"It's difficult, but it is part of the process. It’s part of being a professional," the defender said of his lack of playing time.

TFC opens their 2024 Leagues Cup campaign with a tricky road game vs. the New York Red Bulls on Saturday night.
