TORONTO – Late comebacks continue to keep Toronto FC in the thick of the playoff race.

Fresh off an amazing comeback win in the 401 Derby, Toronto yet again found a way to get a result thanks to some very late dramatics. TFC squandered two leads before Matheus Pereira’s first MLS goal in the 90th minute helped the Canadian club salvage a 3-3 draw vs. Orlando City SC on Wednesday at BMO Field.

“Throughout the game, I thought they were very difficult to deal with. They're a good team. They combine well to get behind you, and I thought that they gave us a tough time, coach Robin Fraser said in the post-match press conference.

“Certainly, we scored some good goals. We had a two-one lead. Disappointing that we gave up goals to end up where we did, but so much credit to the guys for the fight and the resilience, and just disappointing not to get three points out of it."
