Winless through its first three games of the MLS season, Toronto FC will look to put things right when they host the defending MLS Cup champions Columbus SC on Wednesday (7:00 p.m. ET).
TFC has one point from a pair of losses and a draw, with its latest setback taking place last weekend in a 2-0 road loss to the New York Red Bulls. Toronto is off to its worst start to an MLS season since 2012, but coach Chris Armas isn't panicked about the slow beginning to the campaign as he continues to get the team to adapt to the aggressive pressing style he has introduced since taking over from Greg Vanney.
“We want to win. This is a room full of winners,” Armas said. “When you look around the room, this is what it is. And I’m with those guys. We’re not sore losers. We’re bad losers.”
Here’s what you need to know about Wednesday's game between TFC and Columbus SC at Exploria Stadium in Orlando.
