Captain Jonathan Osorio will miss a second game in a row when Toronto FC hosts Charlotte FC on Wednesday (7:30 p.m. ET/Apple TV).
Osorio, 34, missed last Saturday's match, a 2-1 home win over the New England Revolution, after recently tweaking his knee during a training session.
Coach Robin Fraser couldn't say definitively when Osorio might return to action for TFC.
