Toronto FC has transferred Honduran midfielder Deybi Flores to Al-Najma SC of the Saudi Pro League for an undisclosed fee.
Quick analysis: The retooling of Toronto FC’s roster ahead of the 2026 MLS season continues with this latest major move.
Flores, 29, had three goals and four assists in 58 appearances across all competitions, including 48 in MLS, since coming to Toronto prior to the 2024 campaign. While the Honduran didn't offer much on the attacking side of the ball, he ranked in the top 15 per cent amongst all midfielders in MLS last season in tackles per 90 minutes (86th percentile), interceptions (87th) and clearances (85th).
