Toronto FC's hectic schedule continues this weekend with a third consecutive match against a higher-ranked Eastern Conference opponent in the span of eight days.
A 2-1 win over the New England Revolution last week was followed by a wild game on Wednesday in which TFC came from two goals down in the second half while playing a man down to earn a 3-3 draw against Charlotte FC.
"I think there's just more and more belief being generated. Yes, we don't want to dig a hole for ourselves, but the fact that we were in what certainly seemed like an insurmountable hole, and the fact that we're able to get out of it, I think has further led to belief. And I feel like the spirits are really good right now, and this is a group that knows they have a tough mission ahead of them, but they are more than up for it," coach Robin Fraser said on Friday.
