It was another comeback effort by Toronto FC this past weekend.

Down a goal at half time, Toronto salvaged a point courtesy of a second half goal from Dániel Sallói in a 1-1 home draw vs. New York City FC on Saturday.

TFC (5-7-10) extended their unbeaten streak to five games – the stalemate vs. NYCFC marked the third time in the last five games that Toronto came from behind to earn a result.

Reporter James Grossi, who also operates the Unattached FC website, spoke to TFC Republic about Toronto FC's performance vs. NYCFC, why the Reds keep digging themselves into a hole, and more.
