August 8, 2025: Sharp goes to Tampa Bay Rowdies
Toronto FC has sent forward Charlie Sharp on loan to the Tampa Bay Rowdies of the United Soccer League Championship for the remainder of the 2025 season.
Quick analysis: This move shouldn't come as a surprise given how little playing time Sharp has seen this season.
Sharp, 24, was originally selected in the third round (selected 61st overall) by Toronto FC in the 2023 MLS SuperDraft from Western Michigan University.
