Ex-Toronto captain lands his 1st MLS coaching gig
Former Toronto FC captain Michael Bradley was named head coach of the New York Red Bulls on Monday.
"I’m really excited! It’s an amazing opportunity," Bradley told TFC Republic.
Bradley, a 38-year-old native of New Jersey, spent part of the 2025 MLS NEXT Pro season with New York Red Bulls II, leading the club to its first league title. The former U.S. international, who earned 151 caps for his country, started his tenure as the fourth coach in the team's history with a 2-1 road win over Carolina Core FC on June 21.
