Sources have told TFC Republic that the Reds are finalizing a deal to sign veteran centre back Walker Zimmerman to a multi-year contract. The same sources said it's a non-DP deal and that an official announcement is expected to be made in the coming days.

Tom Bogart of The Athletic was the first to report the news about Zimmerman on Saturday.
