Hope springs eternal as a new MLS season is one month away for Toronto FC. 

TFC opens their 2026 campaign on the road vs. FC Dallas on Feb. 21 and then plays two more away games before hosting the New York Red Bulls on March 14 in their home opener. The new season offers Toronto a chance to bounce back from a disappointing 2025 that saw it post a 6-14-14 record and finish 12th in the Eastern Conference en route to missing the playoffs for a fifth consecutive year. 

But before the team travels to Dallas, TFC players will endure the rigours of a long pre-season training camp, while GM Jason Hernandez looks to bolster the team's roster
