July 23, 2025: Monlouis, Wingo Gomis put on season-ending injury list
Toronto FC announced on Friday that it has placed defenders Zane Monlouis, Henry Wingo and Nicksoen Gomis on the season-ending injury list.
Also on Friday, TFC acquired $50,000 US in 2026 general allocation money (GAM) as part of a trade with Sporting Kansas City in exchange for a 2025 international roster slot. TFC now has a total of 12 international slots on its 2025 roster.
Monlouis sustained an abductor and rectus injury on June 25 against the New York Red Bulls. Gomis suffered an Achilles tendon injury on May 3 against the New England Revolution. Wingo's quadriceps injury didn't happen in one specific match.
