Reader mailbag: Is Robin Fraser's job at Toronto FC under threat?
By all accounts, MLSE is going to remain patient with TFC's coach and give him plenty of time to prove that he can turn things around.

Is Robin Fraser's job under threat? If not, at what point in the season do you think TFC would consider making a coaching change?
– Adam Waxman
It's more than fair to say that results haven't gone Toronto FC's way through the first half of the 2025 MLS season. With a 3-10-4 record, TFC have dug themselves into a very deep hole and unless they pull off a miraculous second half of the campaign, they look poised to miss the playoffs for a fifth straight year.
The easy thing to do is blame Robin Fraser for all of Toronto's woes, but I think that's incredibly unfair. He was put into a very difficult situation when he was hired in January, taking over a team that was in need of a major retooling. That process is still going on and will probably need another two transfer windows (at the very least) to be completed.
