Buoyed by a big win last week, Toronto FC continues to plough forward when it hosts Nashville SC this weekend.
It's the first of three matches that the Reds will play to close out the month of May, all of them at home. This is a hugely important stretch that could determine the fate of Robin Fraser's side, as TFC (3-7-4) sits 13th in the Eastern Conference table, four spots and six points out of a playoff spot with a little less than half of the campaign in the books.
"Robin always said this month is a turning point in the season. We got a lot of home games, and I think that's an advantage for us as a group. We just need to be confident in ourselves, be focused and engaged in every game, because every game is crucial at this point," winger Tyrese Spicer said.
