Toronto FC vs. Philadelphia Union: What you need to know
TFC kick off a busy week with a hugely important home game against the Eastern Conference leaders on Wednesday.
The only thing that's been consistent about Toronto FC during May has been in its level of inconsistency.
The team has been yo-yoing between wins and losses across its five games this month as it has been unable to put together a string of positive results. TFC's final two home games of May give them a chance to become a bit more consistent with their performances and pick up some valuable points along the way.
"You want to get to a point where, if you lose, you're so pissed about it that everyone comes with a different mentality the next game. We’re working to get the culture and the mentality and everything in the right direction. These guys work and they give you everything every day; that little bit of conviction is one of the things that can take you over the top," coach Robin Fraser said this week.
