Colombian winger debuted last weekend in Nashville
One of the more interesting roster moves made by Toronto FC during the MLS secondary transfer window this summer was the addition of Alejandro Piedrahita.
TFC acquired the Colombian winger from Bulgarian club CSKA Sofia on loan through the 2027 MLS Sprint season with an option to purchase.
Reporters and media members who cover Toronto FC on a regular basis, including TFC Republic, quickly Googled his name when the deal was announced. Not much was known about the 24-year-old winger who debuted for Deportivo Pereira and won a Colombian league title in 2022.
