The American referee didn't exactly endear himself to Toronto FC's coach who took aim at the quality of the officiating (without naming Chapman by name) following his side's 3-1 loss to Charlotte FC on Saturday at Bank of America Stadium.
Fraser referenced three instances in the match that he felt unjustifiably went against Toronto who is now winless in seven MLS games.
