Reader mailbag: Has MLSE has lost interest in Toronto FC?

Here we go...
Robin Fraser said that the final part of the season would be about seeing what they have and players earning their places for next year. Since that time, young players such as Lazar Stefanovic, Markus Cimermancic and others have received barely any minutes (or only in garbage time). Why are kids like this not given any opportunities to show what they can do in game situations?

Dan raises an interesting question, especially with regards to Lazar Stefanovic and Markus Cimermancic.
Stefanovic, 19, has made 13 MLS appearances (four starts) this season totalling 564 minutes. He's considered one of the team's brightest prospects but has played in just three games (135 minutes) since the beginning of August.
