TFC Tidbits: Reds miss out on an extra GAM windfall
Had Toronto FC finished as low as 28th in the MLS table, it would've pocketed $175,000 US in GAM as part of a deal with the Colorado Rapids.

Welcome to TFC Tidbits, a special feature at TFC Republic that curates small bits and pieces of news about what's going on with Toronto FC.
No extra GAM for Toronto as part of Colorado trade
Toronto FC closed out the 2025 regular season with a convincing 4-2 home win over Orlando City on Saturday.
The win, combined with other results from around MLS on Decision Day, allowed Toronto (6-14-14) to finish 12th in the Eastern Conference and 25th (out of 30 teams) in the overall league table.
In doing so, TFC narrowly missed out on receiving an extra $175,000 US in general allocation money.
