Canada vs. United States: What you need to know
Canada renews its rivalry against the United States when the two sides meet on Tuesday in St. Paul, Minnesota.
The Canadian men's team has shown no signs of slowing down after returning to action since this summer's FIFA World Cup.
Canada posted a 1-0 win over Chile in Toronto on Sept. 26 in its first game after losing to Morocco in the round of 16 at the World Cup. Les Rouges followed that up with another shutout win over South American opposition in Saturday's 2-0 decision over Peru in Montreal.
The Canadians will try to make it a perfect 3-0 in this international window and build more momentum towards next month's Concacaf Nations League qualifiers when they take on the United States.
Here’s what you need to know about Tuesday's game between Canada and the U.S. at Alianz Field in St. Paul, Minnesota (8:00 p.m. ET/TSN & OneSoccer).
