Toronto FC vs. Austin FC: 3 takeaways
TFC showed plenty of resilience in a comeback effort vs. Austin, but the way they conceded their three goals left a lot to be desired.
A come-from-behind 3-3 draw vs. Austin FC on Saturday allowed Toronto FC to extend its unbeaten run to six games.
Dániel Sallói, Richie Laryea and Kobe Franklin scored second-half goals for TFC (3-3-2) who are also unbeaten in 12 consecutive games at BMO Field dating back to last June.
"Disappointing in the fact that we gave up three goals. I thought on the attacking end, the beginning of the game was very good and really the whole second half we were pretty threatening," coach Robin Fraser said.
