May 6: Raoul Petretta should be able play this week

Toronto FC coach John Herdman confirmed that fullback Raoul Petretta’s ankle injury isn’t as bad as he originally thought.

Petretta fell to the pitch following a nasty tackle from forward Petar Musa in the ninth minute of TFC’s 3-1 home win over FC Dallas on Saturday. Petretta was writhing in pain on the ground as the team’s trainers attended to him before he was subbed out in the 17th minute.
