Some random thoughts I had on Toronto FC as it prepares to host D.C. United on Saturday (4:30 p.m. ET/Apple TV).

Toronto FC's injury situation is beyond absurd

At the risk of beating a dead horse, Toronto FC's injury situation is beyond absurd.

TFC were missing no less than eight players in last Saturday's 2-0 home loss to the New England Revolution. Among those unavailable were fullback Richie Laryea and forward Deandre Kerr (who are at least several weeks away from returning), captain Jonathan Osorio and backup goalkeeper Luka Gavran.

Less talking, more listening to Toronto FC fans from Keith Pelley

Forget writing letters. The best thing that the MLSE head honcho can do right now is stay silent and just listen to TFC supporters.
