Canada will play the Republic of Ireland at Montreal's Stade Saputo in its final tune-up match before this summer's FIFA World Cup.
Canada Soccer announced on Tuesday the 29th-ranked Canadian men's team will host No. 59 Ireland on June 5 in Montreal. The game is exactly one week before Les Rouges' World Cup opener at BMO Field.
This will be only the second ever meeting between Canada and Ireland.
